We are currently soliciting sponsors to support New Jersey students participating in the Celebrate NJ! School Program. In the past two years, over 10,000 New Jersey students participated in our program. The program's goal is to help students learn about New Jersey and develop the important skills of research, reading, writing, critical thinking, computer and oral presentation. According to feedback from students and teachers, it has been an overwhelming success.
This year with the backing of NJEA, the NJ Association of School Librarians and the NJ State Library, we are going to expand this valuable program, but in order to continue to offer all NJ schools this program free of charge, we need the support and partnership of the community.
Donations ensure that students receive welcome kit materials, help to support awards events and provide tickets to special celebration nights for all students.
